Just talked with Mary Jane because I couldn't findthe section referenced in her reply.  The reference is 32 VSA 6066a(f).  I gather that this only applies to towns with more than one tax payment installment.

Renee,

It's combined into one credit this year. The option on how to apply the credits is provided in 32 VSA 6306a(f).  You can find that section at:

http://www.leg.state.vt.us/statutes/fullsection.cfm?Title=32&Chapter=154&Section=06066a

I hope this helps.

I didn't know we had a choice on how to apply prebates.  Prebates are for Education Tax only, are they not?

How are you all going to vote on the way to apply the prebates we are receiving from the state next year on the floor or Australian ballot?

How would you vote on increasing the Veterans exemption on the floor or Australian ballot?

Thanks
