UVM Outing Club Students (w/ John Abbott & Mark Puleio instructors)

Join an adventurous group of UVM Recreation Management students as they share images, video and stories of their 16-day, instructional, alpine climbing class in Peru in June 2006. UVM students practiced mountaineering skills training on Pico Pastoruri before summiting their primary objective Ishinca (18,500 ft) in a climbing season with unusually heavy snowfall and avalanche danger.
