Hi everyone,
I hope you are enjoying your first week of classes. Here are a
few quick reminders from the SGA office.
1.) The Activities Fest is September 5th. If you have questions about
this event they should be sent to Justin Gerboc in Student Life at
[log in to unmask] or you can call 656-2060.
2.) The Treasurers' Workshops will be held on September 13th and 17th.
All club treasurers and/or presidents must attend one of these
nights if they would like to open their accounts for spending. The
workshops will be held at 7:00 PM in the Frank Livak Ballroom on the
4th floor of the Dudley H. Davis Center.
3.) Club Update Sheets are due by September 14th. If you would like
your club to stay recognized and in good standing with the SGA this
must be turned in on time.
4.) Attached are the new policies Residential Life created about
postering for events in the Residential Halls. Please read these and
follow them.
5.) If your club has an office or desk in the SGA Galaxy Space in the
Davis Center please send us one person's name and email that you would
like to be the contact for your organization.
If you have any questions please feel free to email, call or stop by
the SGA office at any time.
