 From the replies so far, it doesn't seem necessary to have stainless  
steel bolts holding the source to the aluminum ion source housing. The  
reason I asked is because the machinist wondered if the bolts needed  
to be non-magnetic. Given that IRMS's have magnets in them, I thought  
it wise to check. Thanks for the replies.
