I'd like to take this opportunity to apologize for the word idiot. Some
days I just find my job so frustrating and the inability to share what I
have learned and have my opinion be respected comes back to haunt me by way
of my wicked tongue. If the resident had said "blah blah blah anything at
all about PFO" and taken the time to explain it to me I would have been
fascinated and I would have held her in high regard. Last week this same ER
sent us a pt with known pneumonia for a DVT study for twitchy legs. What
does Charlie Brown say? AARRGGHHHHHH I will try to do a follow up when I
return to work on Tuesday. E/RDMS/mi
