So it sounds like a close look at the "who's-eligible" part of the rfp is in order. "Student" maybe could be "studentS', i.e. a PI and co-PI. The mentor should be Profs' Hitt or Perkins. The rest of the club could be "other staff" or at least mentioned under Resources.
