I do not have any hard data to provide. In
general when ever I have looked at infants and children, their velocities have
been higher. Perhaps there are some other flownet members who can give you
some specific numbers.
I would recommend looking for any focal changes,
using the old "doubling in the PSV equals at least 50% stenosis" and also using
the ICA/CCA ratio. The ratio should still fall within the expected ranges
as the factors affecting the hemodynamics in the ICA will also impact the
