Hello Med Lib-ers. Would any of you hospital librarians be able to estimate what percentage of potential users the library actually serves? For example, if the hospital has 1000 employees and 200 medical staff, and has served 120 individuals over the past year or so, then the percentage would be 10 %. These would be folks who actually access your electronic resources for themselves, or for whom you provide articles or searches or other information products. This is just from your hospital staff and employees. This can be your best guestimate. Thanks for anything you can share. klm Karen Lee Martinez, MLS Outreach Librarian NW AHEC Library at Hickory Hickory, NC [log in to unmask]
