What on the tax bills would not be available in the Tax Book?  It seems to me 
that copying the actual bills would release the barcodes and in some obscure 
way possibly open the field for identity theft.

Printing or copying them would definitely be 
chargeable.  More than 1/2 hour and lots of paper and toner.  Miki,

  your town attorney, but the tax bills are public record so I don’t think you
