I agree with Amy.  We have a Zonare and in the beginning there were a few stability issues but now my staff fights over who will take it to the floor for inpatients.  Have you voiced concern over the reboots?  If you are not getting anywhere at your immediate level go onto the next level.  Zonare is very open to hearing from its users and we have always found them to act quickly.  Just some ideas.

We have three Zonare machines on at a dedicated vein office.  Works  great.  Have you sent the machine in for repair????  know that is a stupid question but when we have had problems they have trouble shot it and repaired it quickly.  2 yrs and only 2 repairs.
