Wendy - that has crossed my mind BUT considering what they've come up with in the last 3 years and how outspoken I am [having marched for civil rights and against Viet Nam] I'd be likely to drive them nuts while they totally ignore me.  Beyond that - it's starting to seem that everyone at PV&R on whom we used to depend  has retired.  I don't want to say that the new folks don't have potential, but they don't know it now when the Towns need it. 
Aren't you the one who wrote contributed that superb article about the abuses of the homestead stuff - the people who pay fancy lawyers & accountants to avoid paying taxes - if so, you are to be thanked - it's another sympton of legislature obliviousnes.
