It may be an issue with Comcast.  I know when the Town of Randolph switch our ISP to Comcast we weren’t able to receive or send mail to quite a number of email addresses, including other Comcast addresses.  Comcast eventually corrected the problem.

            I just sent e-mails to Melanie Hodge and Kathy DeWolfe at the Secretary of States Office and both were returned with the message that my server (Comcast) could not deliver to those addresses.  Anybody out there had a similar problem???
