Thirteen observers tallied 46 species at today's Rutland County Audubon walk around West Rutland Marsh. This marks seven years of consecutive monthly monitoring. Forty-eight species were tallied in July 2007. 136 species have been seen to date with by 1,080 observers (obviously with quite a few repeat participants).
