We have had several this year as well. It seems more than usual. We currently
have a nest of 5 Eastern Phoebe young under the second floor deck at our
home. Two adults that are constantly out catching insects to take back to
the nest. The babies hatched on July 1. What a gorgeous site.
We also have the following for fledglings in our yard and feeders:
Cardinal: 2 male, 1 female
Blue Jays: 4
White Breasted Nuthatch: 5
Black Capped Chickadee: 6
Downy Woodpecker: 4
Tufted Titmouse: 3
Hairy Woodpecker: 2
Chipping Sparrow: 6
Rose Breasted Grosbeak: 2
