Japanese House no minasan (everybody),

ogenki desuka?  momiji (maple leaves) ga kireidesune (pretty).

I have an announcement about an event held on Oct. 23rd.
There will be:
Roadside Adventures in Old Japan:
The Art of Japanese Woodblocks

You can find the details in attached poster. The first part of the even is discussion and it is open to everybody.  The second part is a hands-on workshop, which they can take only 10 people.  Since this event is co-hosted by the the Arts Initiative  RLC & Global Village's Japanese House.  Ann Barlow, Director Arts Initiative RLC, keeps 5 seats (out of 10) for the Japanese House members.  If anybody who is interested in trying woodblock prints, please let me know by Friday next week (17th). If five spots are not filled by then, I will ask other students in class.

I hope many of you could come and join this event.

Have a good weekend!
