Subject: Davis Center waste sort follow up

Hi Rebecca,

I just wanted to do a little follow-up with you on the results of the waste sort from this fall.  The attached document shows the results and compares the findings to those from last year. However, it is important to note that different sampling techniques were used in both years so they cannot be completely accurate comparisons. There was however, a notable drop in food waste in the trash, most likely due to the new (in 2008) composting system in the DC.
