Great weekend. Saturday was the best of the year for me at least so far with the light foot of powder sitting perfectly on the wind packed two feet from wed night/thurs. Here is a vid that includes pictures and vid clips from Josh, non-lister Greg and myself spanning Thursday, Friday and Saturday. First attempt making a vid like this.

After not getting to bed till almost 2:00 Friday night, it seemed highly doubtful we would make it to the mountain before the crowds did...
fast forward 4 hours to Tom's voice on the snow phone telling us there was another 5-7" in the last 24 hours brining us close to 3 feet in the last 3 days.

With that, somehow, in absence of sleep, we rallied.

Got to the quad just after 7:30 and the place was still empty.

First run: we rip O.U.N. -> U.N. -> Liftline laying fresh tracks the whole way.  While thursday morning the snow was slabby on the exposed faces and a little heavy today's was nothing but fluff.

Jai ripping down O.U.N.

Brodie shredding Liftline

next run found me staring down an untouched Old Goat... def a thrill riding down that.  Jai and Brodie followed, and said i didn't destroy it too much for them ;-)
Best part was ending up in goat woods where we continued to make some more imprints on an untouched canvas.  Today was definitely not sucking.

one more time up the quad, over to bypass and back to the woods

Brodie taking a fresh line in the trees

up the gondi, to some various wood shots off Perry where you can see Steve "schralping" here

One more time up the gondi, out to the bench and more fluffy freshies... the day was approaching E.P.I.C. status

At this point Steve and I split up from the other guys a bit and headed to Spruce... a bit disappointed to see Main St taken over by a race course, but we managed to find some more pow pow in a few wood cuts off Sterling

Nex twe ran into Patrick and Kat who joined us  for a little stroll to Old Upper Smuggs.  Steve, Patrick and Kat up top

Quick break in the Spruce Camp to finally get some food ($4 fries) and drink a brew.  Then I took a cruise with  Lauren while the rest of the guys took their time inside

After that I hooked back up with the rest of the guys for a little slackcountry excursion.  Some of the best turns of the day.  Jai sluts it up:

two more runs through some in bounds woods, followed... things were getting tracked, but we were still able to locate a few gems.

All in all another epic day on manni, possibly best of the season so far.  I know Jai was waiting till after today and then he will post some more pics.
I am about to head out to the mountain now in search of more gnar, maybe I will run into a few listers on the hill.
