Village School (Hancock and Granville) have Satellite which has proven
to be almost as dysfunctional as dial-up. Although this may no longer be
an issue (for the school) because Hancock just voted to close their
school.

Question:

Are there any schools in Vermont that can be identified as having ONLY
dial-up access to the Internet?

My recollection of a couple of years back was that there were one or two
small rural schools still in this category... can this be confirmed?

Thanks for any assistance.
