Hey all:

This forwarded message came from Jim Boutin at Southwest VT SU. Anyone need some fiber run equipment?

This has a short window on it...Looks like Friday is the deadline... Call the gentleman at the bottom of the email if there is something here you are interested in.

Read the email from Jim too, he indicates what he has already taken.

Subject: FW: Fiber Optic Cable

Peter,
We were offered a tremendous gift from ADC, who locally manufactures fiber optic cable. They placed a value of over $8000 on what we picked up yesterday. I asked if they would consider other schools and they said sure, as long as they picked it up before the end of the day this Friday. The fiber offering document shows what is still available in red. ( I took the blue) And the other document gives descriptions. If anyone maybe planning fiber runs in the near future this will certainly help out. It also makes a nice matching funds in kind when writing grants. Feel free to distribute over the listserv. The person to contact is Henry Rice whose information is at the bottom of this email.
Cheers,
Jim

Jim,
This is what we are looking at scrapping. Please let us know which cables you have an interest in. The catalog attached will give you additional information on the cables. Thanks.

Henry
