Okay, I thought ICAVL's standards was to do a full arterial study (muti-level) with excersise. I also did not see where you couldn't bill for toe raises like the treadmill. ?? Where can I find that in writing CMS ? Rita

When include an ABI(just pressures) with all of our lower ext. arterial duplexs
-
per ICAVL standards. When we do an X-ABI we use 93923, single level ABI
with exercise. Our protocol doesn't include full segmental exercise ABI(93924)
