I had the same trouble yesterday. I spoke to a customer service person
who "reluctantly" admitted that there was a problem with exporting
citations (I was trying to export to refworks) and assured me that the
issue would be passed on to someone who could fix it. Apparently, they
will notify me when the problem is solved.

FYI, I tried a whole bunch of ways to export citations and none of them
worked. If anyone can find a work around, please share it!!!

Subject: SCOPUS again

Anybody having problems with only about half of citations retrieved from
SCOPUS actually exporting (or anything else you try to do with them)? I
have been in contact with their "customer support" with no progress on
the problem to date. It just did it to me again. OF 29 items saved to My
List only 15 exported. This is getting so old. We pay the big bucks for
a comprehensive database, then find we cannot actually use it.
