as was posted before, the US army is now using neuroscience to help classify people into their useful military roles. presumably MIT will help develop this research in exchange for some DOD money.  the truly interesting question is whether one may be able to actually design human psychologies through management or stressful methods (eg waterboarding, brainwashing---the stuff they did to the Unabomber when he was at Harvard)  so you don't have to wait for gene/environment interactions to produce what is needed to satisfy the maximum power principle.  presumably sftp people could have like 5 people protest and hand out flyers to the brilliant grad students trying to get in that program too, and see if that changes their decision strategies.  and then, that could be studied too in that department too with more grants.
