The hearing will begin at 1:00 P.M. and conclude when all present has had an opportunity to provide testimony. Those wishing to testify must arrive and sign in by 1:00 P.M. Oral and written testimony will be received by members and representatives of the board at the public hearing. Written testimony will also be received until September 30, 2009 at the Division of Property Valuation and Review, 133 State Street, Montpelier VT 05633-1401.
