Re:       Safety Advisory

This safety advisory is to inform you that there was an attempted abduction of a 24 yr. old woman on Colchester Avenue, south side of the street, right near the cemetery. Victim was walking toward Winooski.  This occurred Wednesday, September 9, 2009 around 9:20pm. Burlington Police Department is seeking information about the following person and vehicle:

A mid-late 40 year old white male who is 5’10” - 6’2” tall and described as having a heavy muscular build with a big belly and who sustained a hand injury. The vehicle is a newer model full size dual rear-wheel  pickup truck, light color, Chevy or GM, Quad Cab with a rack and flared fenders. The vehicle was last seen heading toward Winooski, Vermont.
