  How are you? I am new to the committee so I am not used the way  
things are run. I can make a meeting during the 7:30 to 9am time  
frame. I wanted to ask if you had any idea which day of the week this  
meeting would fall on? I look forward to hearing from you and meeting  
everyone soon.
