Google Apps and OpenOffice for MSJ.  I didn't even give them MS Office.
There was about 2 weeks of griping, but after that it has been smooth
sailing.  Some like some don't.   I also encourage that people use Google
Apps as the primary productivity suite.

The Front office and admin departments still use MS office, but even some of
them have switched to OO because the like the interface better then 2007.
 Googe Apps has quickly been adopted by everyone including out board.
