Also- do teachers have the access to do the sign-up, or are there one or two individuals that are responsible for making the changes and keeping it current?
 
And how many spaces (carts,etc.) are being managed through this?

Hi Amy: At our middle school (ADL) we have been using Google Calendar for two years with good success.  We used one of the in-service days at the beginning of the year to walk teachers through the process. I would say that at this point we have about 90% using it on their own with the rest still needing assistance.
