An educator writing for publication wants some guidance on how to format /
construct a demographic table.  Looked at APA, AMA and ICJME style manuals,
but they aren't very specific.  Another source says just to look at other
articles in the journal you are writing for to see how they do them.  I
don't have much in the way of general research-writing guides... anyone have
some kind of tip sheets or guidelines or examples for tables like this?
