Jay and I have had our private discussion in the past, and I have publicly disagreed with his ethic before, but we've disagreed like gentlemen.  And I have kept publicly silent about his posts because I know we're not going to see eye-to-eye, and it doesn't .  I've accidentally broken that silence, in a possibly hurtful way, and for this I am sorry.
