Braintree has a reappraisal fund too. Currently the monies are deposited into a General fund account and then has to be transferred to the reappraisal fund account at a different bank. What a pain.

Who is the contact person to change the bank account to have these funds deposited into for 2011.

Be aware that this money gets dumped into the General Fund of your Town.  I don't know how other towns do it, but Windsor has a "Listers' Reserve Fund" so that the money gets spent of reappraisal and G.L. maintenance.  Other wise, if in the general fund it can get spent for most anything--not just lister stuff.
