Say Yes to Education (SYTE) seeks a debate instructor to teach a debate session for rising 6^th grade students during the summer. The primary responsibility of the Instructor is to develop and lead a five week session for students that develop their debate and presentation skills leading up to a final student debate at the end of the summer session.

Instructors will lead sessions for approximately 15 students from Monday to Thursday for approximately one and a half hours per day. The SYTE summer program runs from July 6 through August 6.

Qualifications:

Prior teaching experience, middle school age students preferred
Demonstrated skill in curriculum development
Experience teaching debate skills

Salary: Dependent upon experience.
