Sue,

We've been looking at this too, specifically for I Touch

here is one formatted in the shape of a I-Touch (very clever)

and others from Tony Vincents site, Learning in Hand.

*Do create a usage contract*. A contract is an effective way to communicate
how and when an iPod can be used. Have students and parents sign the
contract to indicate they agree to follow the rules and accept the
consequences for breaking the rules. You may want to model your contract
after some of these:

   Culbreth Middle
School<http://www2.chccs.k12.nc.us/education/components/scrapbook/default.php?sectiondetailid=79142&PHPSESSID=13991f264c892835249b7ab8a6a7b122>

   iNtouch Club <http://intouchschool.org/resources.html>

   Lenape iPod Touch 1:1 User
Agreement<http://api.ning.com/files/2hj-CuIbbG0H*JyWIiZdkHgcRm0Jk2WLemNR8CcGjFsNR63d4YWpqXHkCO1OBmxM*s*K8rhmIlwr*2JURWO7GLZTta3CZ8GR/IPODTOUCHUSERAGREEMENT.pdf>

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Use
Contract<http://ieducationappsreview.ning.com/forum/attachment/download?id=3055955:UploadedFile:8540>

   ELL iPod Agreement<http://ieducationappsreview.ning.com/forum/attachment/download?id=3055955:UploadedFi35:8003>

Would love to hear what you come up with.

Lucie
