Carol,

Thanks for sharing your sightings.  I was over that way today, but didn't go
up to Button Bay.  I just got home, have looked at your photos, and am
wondering if any other VT birders did, too, as it's still a tad early for
E.Kingbird.  

If I lived closer than 3 hours away I'd go have a look first thing tomorrow
(Monday).  Although it may be simply a factor of the angle and the lighting,
the photo shows a bird that looks suspiciously like an immature FORK-TAILED
FLYCATCHER.

Heard and saw a Common Loon from the point at Button Bay-- and then  
was briefly visited by an Eastern Kingbird.

Pretty exciting for me, as the loon is a lifebird and the kingbird's  
only my second sighting (in the same place).
