Ten dedicated/demented birders joined RCAS on their 105th monthly
monitoring count of the West Rutland marsh. Bird song was somewhat subdued due to
the rain and species count was nine below that of 04/18/2009. Binoculars at
times yielded blurry images, never-the-less, no better way to spend a
Saturday morning! To date 1223 participants and 137 species.
