We had six people join us for our first April bird walk at Hildene here in Manchester.

Of note was the flock of Northern Flickers passing through the property, right by the house. They seemed to be moving with robins getting worms out of grass.

Palm Warblers take our total number of species seen on the property to 119. And with 35 species, we had 7 more than the comparable walk last April.

Our next walk will be on April 24th, and starts at 7a.m.
