Didn’t think I would be doing again, but yes. I actually did a couple in an outpatient setting with the MD here-maybe not in the room the whole time, but in the office.

I only did 2 10 min attempts before we would arrange for thrombin inj. (we have done in the outpatient setting also) both times I closed the PA.

I will attempt, if it doesn’t close, then go to thrombin. The docs I have worked with in the last 10 yrs at my places have been understanding of the physical

strength,ect and don’t insist on heroics. The MD must always be close by for me to attempt however.
