Our custodians were the true heroes in this regard: They built a step-up 
platform for the wee ones to mount in order to interact with the 
smartboards. However, there is still difficulty in reaching the higher 
regions, so I typically ask the Ks if they need an elevator, and I get a 
little strength training workout.
