Still excellent habitat at Brilyea but a lull in the shorebird 
migration. This morning's results :

   (20)   Least Sandpiper
   (15)   Killdeer
   (10)  Spotted Sandpiper
    (3)   Lesser Yellowlegs
    (1)   Solitary Sandpiper

also (3 juv) Common Moorhen and (2 juv) Virginia Rail

also several Great Blue Herons, a couple of Caspian Terns, at least two 
Willow Flycatchers. the previously-reported Brown Thrasher, an adult 
male Rose-breasted Grosbeak, a ton of Song Sparrows and a good selection 
of swallows.
