Does anyone have the settings needed to get wireless working with Ubuntu?

I can see the networks (UVM, Cat's PAWS, etc) but can't connect to UVM.

On the Wireless screen I have:

SSID: UVM
Mode: Infrastructure
BSSID: blank
MAC Address: blank
MTU: automatic

On the Wireless Security screen I have:

Security: WPA & WPA2 Enterprise
Authentication: Protected EAP (PEAP)
Anonymous identity: blank
CA certificate: points to the crt for radius.uvm.edu I
                                           downloaded from the
wireless web page
PEAP Version: automatic (I've tried version 0 and version 1)
Inner authentication: MSCHAPv2
Username: uvm.edu username
Password: uvm.edu password

IPv4 Settings:
Method: Automatic (DHCP)

When I click on connect, it spins its dial for a while and pops up the
authentication window again.

Any thoughts?

Thanks.

Tim
