About the Next Step Social Justice Retreat
[log in to unmask]" border="0" width="1" height="8" hspace="0">

Occurring each January, Next Step provides 65 participants with a personal and collective experience in which to further develop their own knowledge and skills about their own social identities. Participants learn how to become better change agents and activists against racism, sexism, heterosexism, ableism, religious discrimination, classism and other socially constructed oppressions.

 The 2011 Next Step Retreat will take place from January 21-23.
