Yes we have had this situation in Burke several times if it was not convenient for everyone to get together.  The only thing is they only paid for one PTTR.  I fill the TC section out on both, copy and send to the state.

Cheryl,

Do you fill out one clerk's section, as Wanda suggested, or did you handle it some other way?

Thanks,

Sam

I sometimes get a PTTR with two signature pages because they can't be at the closing together.  I just attach it all together.

Hi everyone,

I recently got a deed for recording with two non-identical copies of the PTTR: one copy contains only the buyers' signatures and the other only the sellers'.  I've been trying to get in touch with the state, but to no avail.  Has anyone seen this before?  Any recommendations?

Thanks,

Sam
