I believe I recall Miles Cramer doing a talk on this some years ago. He may not be following the Flownet, but I'll try to ping him later today.

Craig, the one time I was asked to do this I confirmed good inflow (iliacs)
and followed the inferior epigastric all the way out (anatomical variations
occur) until it was too small to see. The plastic surgeon wanted to make
sure the flap would be viable from a circulatory standpoint. I also seem to
recall mapping it out with marker.
Will this be a free flap or pedicled? A pedicled flap gets its supply from
the superior epigastric so inflow would be (innom)/subclavian/intermal
mammary.
