Venous stenosis appears to be the concern.  Also venous reflux in the jugular.  The physicians are evaluating for venous stenosis in the jugular and putting a stent.  Check out you tube there are patient that talk about the positive outcomes.

My daughter does ultrasounds at Arizona Heart and they have started doing these.  I will send her your email and ask her to send the protocal to you.  I have seen the protocal before stenting but I did not see the follow up protocal

Hi all,

We are starting to see a few MS people back from India or Poland who have
had stents in their upper jugulars and we see quite a bit of in-stent neointimal
hyperplasia.
How are people following up these stents or angioplasties in general?
