Thank you - great idea.
Hint: You can also use a utility or exacto knife to cut off the part you don’t need anymore.

I am going to use the stamp I have until I can get a new one and cross out the part about the payment.

I won't be saying it's paid because I have no way of knowing whether or not they sent the check. I won't certify anything that I can't verify. I will change my stamp.

It just does not get paid to us to pass on to the state. It is still paid and should be reflected on the deed.

I had it made up by Schwaab when my old one bit the dust.

Where did you get the stamp? The state ought to send us all one seeing it was their idea to change the way the form is processed.

Subject: PTTR Acknowledgement Stamp
Are any offices changing the wording on their PTTR acknowledgement stamp due to the recent changes in processing of PTTRs? Our stamp states ‘Taxes Paid.’
Since the towns no longer collect the tax I would like to create a new stamp. I would appreciate examples of wording being used by other towns.
Thank you!
