WINTER PARKING BAN

A winter parking ban has been declared by the City of Burlington effective at 10:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 18, 2011.  In the residential areas the ban last until 7:00 A.M.  In the business area the ban is from 12:00 A.M. to 6:00 A.M.

During this time all vehicles need to be off ALL streets within Burlington to include municipal parking lots.

Vehicles that remain on the street/lots are subject to towing to another location and will be issued a $100.00 parking ticket.

You may park in City owned parking garages from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM at no charge.

Weather reports indicate the possibility of snow for the next few days, check each day for the parking ban being extended.
