If the studies are both bilateral, you should use 93970 twice (2 separate reports and charges) with a Modifier-59 attached to second one. Not sure if you are doing bilateral or unilateral....

Bilateral LE DVT 93970
Bilateral UE Vein Map 93970 Modifier-59

Unilateral LE DVT 93971
Unilateral UE Vein Map 93971 Modifier-59

You should also use ICD-9 code V72.83 in conjunction with whatever ICD-9 code you use for the mapping.
