With over 200 teams at the tournament at the University of Vermont, the
task of tabbing the tournament correctly and moving it along on schedule
will be the largest task ever at a WUDC tournament in North America.
Today, the tournament announced its tab team.

Chris Richter of Seattle University and Kelly Welch of Portland State
University will be in charge of tab for USU 2011.

“I have been very impressed by Chris’ work at tournaments I have been to
and especially USU 2010 in Denver," said USU convener Alfred Snider.
"Chris has worked in several tab situations with Kelly and they feel
comfortable together and on the same page. I am glad to welcome two
great friends of our debate program to the tab room.”

Of course, the task of tournament implementation is not only theirs.
Ballot runners and judge feedback tab will have to be assisting them.
Sarina Selleck of Vermont is developing a ballot collection plan and
rounding up ballot runners. An individual to tab judge feedback data is
now being sought and systems of tabulating and evaluating that data are
being developed.
