Hi friends,

Recently I was listening to Scott Shalaway's  Birds & Nature podcast (from 
Pittsburgh,PA) and he mentioned that there was a new birding guide about to 
be published. One week later he had the author as a guest in his radio show. 
The book is titled "The Crossley ID Guide to Eastern Birds" written by Richard 
Crossley. The guide has over 10,000 images taken by the author to show 
about 640 species. This guide is very unique as each bird is shown in its 
typical habitat with multiple images pasted to the background. It shows 
different views from above, below, perched, flying, male/female, juveniles, 
different behaviors, etc. You have to see it to fully appreciate its novel
