Oh My God, a rare siting of this species in the northern woods.  Usually only visible near the Jersey Shore.  That tag on the arm should help scientist track its migration.  But, what's even more interesting, is that you caught this one assuming its pre mating pose.  Hope you were able to escape after taking that picture.  They're pretty dangerous during the spring mating season.
