An educator may obtain a Vermont endorsement in the areas listed below through successfully completing the corresponding Lesley program.  Applicants should submit for review all official transcripts and a transcript review application <http://education.vermont.gov/new/html/licensing/forms/transcript_review.html>  to the Vermont Department of Education.
